subscription-based API service. We aim to provide you with a seamless
experience in accessing authorized data from Bayut's website (bayut.com).
However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to
cancel your subscription and request a refund. Please read the following policy
carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations
and refunds:
- Subscription Cancellation:
- You have the right to cancel your paid subscription plan to the Bayut API at any time.
- To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your account on rapidapi.com and navigate to the subscription management section.
- Once logged in, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
- You will immediately be downgraded to the free subscription plan and will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
- Refund Policy:
- We offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Bayut API despite reasonable efforts to resolve them with our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Service Disruption: In the event of prolonged service disruptions or downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use the Bayut API, you may request a refund for the affected period.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the issue or incident
occurring. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team

detailed information about the issue you encountered and any relevant screenshots
or documentation to support your claim. You may also need to reach out to RapidAPI
Support team to raise a refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval of your request.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for
the subscription. Refund will be processed by RapidAPI, and it may take additional time
for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- We do not offer refunds for the following circumstances:
- a. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer wish to use the Bayut API, refunds will not be provided.
- b. Failure to Cancel Subscription: Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle will not entitle you
to a refund. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status.
- c. Violation of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be issued if your subscription is terminated due to a violation of our
Terms of Service.
